LVLUP USA ACADEMY STREET PARK & VERT PROGRAM

LVLUP ACADEMY is America’s first full-time, year-round skateboard training academy that  combines Mentorship, performance coaching that supports athletic and academic together in one environment. It is built to develop young skaters (ages 7–18) into professional and Olympic-level athletes.

Is your child passionate about Street, Park & Vert skateboarding. LVLUP is the only proven Skateboard academy that has taken beginners to XGames and Olympic Gold Medalist in the world that prioritises your child’s passion and supports them to become not only an amazing rider but an awesome human. We can take you from total beginner to pro with our wholistic approach.

We combine elite-level coaching, a structured academic schedule, and a customised development pathway for each skater, whether they’re just getting started or already competing on the world stage.

Located in Vista, California — the heart of skateboarding — LVLUP is where passion meets performance.

While LVLUP is not a traditional Academy, we deliver a structured skating program and an academically rigorous education program administered by California Pacific Charter Schools, taking students from Grade 1 through Grade 12 through their lottery allocation.

We offer a space for your child to learn and grow in their academic side through California Pacific Charter Schools, a trusted online education provider that we have chosen as they work seamlessly with our programming, philosophy and our goals and passion for student/athlete development.

We recognise that traditional six-hour school days may not suit every learner, especially those committed to high-performance sport. That’s why we offer on-site academic support, ensuring each student stays accountable, engaged, and on track with their studies through CALPAC while pursuing their athletic goals.

Our education framework is designed to meet students where they are, helping them thrive both in the classroom and on the course.

At this time, we are not accepting instructional funds from charter schools. Becoming an approved vendor is a complex and time-consuming process, and recent legislative changes have added additional requirements for new vendors. We may revisit this opportunity in the future as our program grows.

ACADEMIC STRUCTURE

3 hours of structured academic learning per day (9am - 12pm / Monday–Friday)

Education is delivered by California Pacific Charter Schools in a focused, efficient format, with LVLUP providing onsite support and structure that complements both academic and athletic development

  • Core academic hours with an accredited learning coach onsite  9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Engaging online instruction from California Pacific Charter School’s highly qualified teachers with tutoring support provided by LVULP’s onsite Learning Coaches.

  • A flexible and personalised approach ensures every student receives the support they need to succeed.

  • Extended academic support available until 3:00 PM through California Pacific Charter School for students who require extra help, need to catch up due to competitions, or wish to accelerate their studies

COACHING PROGRAMS

At LVLUP ACADEMY we have developed a proven pathway from beginner to Olympian. LVLUP ACADEMY is not just for the BEST skateboarders. We have found that many children come for the passion and fun of skateboarding but through our environment the children excel. The LVLUP Culture and Philosophy

    • 🔴 Olympic: Advanced athletes preparing for high-level comps

    Weekly skill testing and Trick Progression Plans

    Structured method: Learn the Trick → Train the Trick → Test the Trick

    Mental skills training, mobility & recovery, comp prep blocks

    Weekly video reviews using CoachNow & analytics dashboards
